GraceMD is designed to be more than just a telehealth platform while maintaining simplicity for our clients. You can start treatment in three easy steps:

1. Complete a medical intake to verify a medical need for treatment.
2. Speak with your new healthcare provider via a secure messaging platform or video appointment.
3. If deemed medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30, 60, or 90 days from a mail-order pharmacy provider (based on your provider’s decision).

Our goal is to help you establish a long-term relationship with your provider, allowing them to offer ongoing care tailored to your specific condition. With that in mind, GraceMD is designed for patients seeking continuous, comprehensive care.

We are available in all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

In an emergency, please call 911 immediately.

We work with a third-party compounding pharmacy to process your prescription (if approved). Your medication will be mailed directly from the pharmacy to your address on file.

Program costs displayed on our website include the medication costs (if approved by your provider). For your convenience, you are only billed once per-month for the total cost of the program.

Payment is collected upfront to secure your appointment with a provider ho can prescribe medication, as appropriate. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our clients who are not good candidates for their selected treatment program.

Though the majority of providers GraceMD works with have a diverse range of experience, due to the nature of telehealth there are some conditions and treatments we are unable to facilitate.

1. Prescription Narcotics (Opiates)
2. Human Growth Hormone (gH/HGH)
3. Cannabis/Medical Marijuana/CBD, and such

No, the prices of all of our plans are displayed prominently on our website. All you pay per month is the flat-fee (as shown). If you choose to take your order outside of our list of suggested pharmacies you may be required to pay for your medication at the pharmacy.
